Temporary Sales Associate

Coach is a global fashion house founded in 1941. The Temporary Sales Associate role is an integral part of store success and efficiency, providing friendly, efficient customer interactions at the cash wrap and a well‑maintained sales floor.

Responsibilities
  • Cash Wrap: greet customers, capture names, maintain POS accuracy, suggest add‑ons, uphold brand, create lasting impression.
  • Stockroom/Warehouse: receive shipments, scan cartons, verify store information, process transfers, organize stockroom, maintain loss prevention standards.
  • Sales Floor: analyze floor replenishment needs, restock, execute visual merchandising, support floor activities, communicate product availability, partner with sales team.
  • Competitive and personal competencies: drive for results, customer focus, creativity, interpersonal savvy, learning on the fly, perseverance, ambiguity handling.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 1–3 years retail experience (cashier/stock, luxury retail preferred).
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Technical: cash register systems, basic computer skills, mobile POS, iPad/laptop, walkie‑talkie.
  • Physical: fast pace, maneuver floor, lift up to 25–50 lbs, climb, bend, kneel.
  • Schedule: flexible availability, nights, weekends, holidays.
