Qualifications

• 2 years of FedEx sort operations or senior level hourly role experience OR 2 years supervisory experience in a related industry.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs and to maneuver packages weighing up to 150 lbs.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide employees in proper package handling and routing.
• Mentor, coach, and train assigned Cargo Handlers (CH) staff.
• Ensure compliance with FXE policies, procedures, and government regulations.
