Job summary

RSM is seeking a Temporary Manager to support our Global Banks Risk Consulting Practice in Toronto, Canada. You will lead client engagements focused on risk management, internal audit, regulatory compliance, governance, and controls for large banking and financial services organizations.

You will manage project teams, assess risk and controls, present findings to leadership, and help drive regulatory remediation while building lasting client relationships at RSM.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Risk Consulting, Internal Audit, Compliance, or Operational Risk.
• Banking or financial services experience required.
• Experience leading teams and managing client engagements.
• Strong understanding of risk and control frameworks.
• CPA, CIA, CISA, CAMS, CRCM, or similar certifications preferred.

Compensation Range: $66 - $98 per hour
