Overview

ENWIN Utilities Ltd. is accepting applications for the position of Temporary Human Resources (HR) Coordinator (12 Months). Location: Windsor, ON (Hybrid).

Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day HR operations across HRIS, employee wellness and engagement, training and development, benefits and pension administration, compensation, recruitment, records and attendance management, and more.
  • Maintain accurate training records within the Learning Management System and recommend process enhancements.
  • Ensure data integrity through regular audits and root cause analysis; collaborate with the HR Generalist to implement effective solutions.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for designated employee groups with inclusive, forward-thinking practices to promote fair opportunities and positive candidate experience.
  • Prepare and maintain essential HR reports, including staff counts, seniority lists, organizational charts, and analytics.
  • Contribute to strategic HR projects that advance departmental goals and foster continuous improvement; support employee engagement and wellness initiatives to build a positive workplace.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Diploma or Degree in Business with a concentration in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Knowledge of HR administration principles, legislation, and policies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with positive, collaborative relationships.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
