Waterloo Region District School Board is seeking a Temporary Head Secretary (E) for Blue Heron Public School to support the administrative staff in daily school operations. The position runs 35 hours per week for 10 months per year, from October 1, 2026 to July 6, 2027, with a hourly salary stated.
The role requires a Grade 12 diploma, extensive experience with Aspen SIS, K212, and G-Suite, plus strong organizational and communication skills.

Reporting to the Principal, this position is responsible for supporting the activities of the administrative staff in duties related to the day-to-day operation of the school.
The successful applicant for this Temporary Educational Support Staff position Level E, will work 35 hours per week, 10 months per year, effective October 1, 2026 to July 6, 2027.
Salary: $29.87-$36.13/per hour
