RW&CO in Delta, Canada is seeking a Fashion Associate to deliver personalized service, keep the sales floor inviting, and assist with fitting rooms and transactions. You will help create a confident, stylish shopping experience while upholding store standards and visual appeal.

You will use product knowledge and promotions to drive sales, support daily operations, and provide a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere for customers of all backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to create a welcoming and engaging experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail.
• Passion for fashion: good sense of style and solid knowledge of fashion trends.
• Proficient in POS, ERP, ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexible availability; able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg), and use a step ladder reaching up to 3 m (10 feet).
