RCL - Reitmans Canada Limited, including PENN. Penningtons, is seeking a Fashion Associate to deliver personalized service, assist in fitting rooms, and process transactions, contributing to a welcoming, customer-first environment.

You will promote inclusive fashion, stay organized on the sales floor, support daily store operations, and use product knowledge and promotions to drive sales while maintaining visual appeal.

Fashion Associate

You will deliver personalized service and support daily store operations to ensure a welcoming, customer-first environment. From assisting in the fitting room to processing transactions at the cash desk, you play a key role in making every interaction positive and memorable.

• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg), and use a step ladder reaching up to 3 m (10 feet).
