RW&CO is seeking a Fashion Associate to deliver a personalized shopping experience and keep the store visually appealing in Kitchener. You will assist customers in fittings, process transactions, and contribute to an inclusive, welcoming environment.

Passion for fashion, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting are essential. Flexible availability includes evenings, weekends and holidays to support store performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred.

As a Fashion Associate , you will deliver personalized service and support daily store operations to ensure a welcoming, customer-first environment. From assisting in the fitting room to processing transactions at the cash desk, you play a key role in making every interaction positive and memorable.
