RW&CO in Ontario is seeking a Fashion Associate to deliver personalized service, assist customers in fitting rooms, and maintain a welcoming, organized store environment.

You will process transactions at the cash desk, apply current promotions, and use product knowledge to drive add-on sales while upholding a inclusive, customer-first experience. Flexible availability assists evenings, weekends and holidays.

As a Fashion Associate , you will deliver personalized service and support daily store operations to ensure a welcoming, customer-first environment. From assisting in the fitting room to processing transactions at the cash desk, you play a key role in making every interaction positive and memorable.

• Support daily store operations to ensure smooth and consistent execution.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail.
• Passion for fashion: good sense of style and solid knowledge of fashion trends.
• Proficient in POS, ERP, ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexible availability; able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg), and use a step ladder reaching up to 3 m (10 feet).
