RW&CO Oshawa Centre is seeking a Temporary Fashion Associate for a part-time, 3-month assignment. You will deliver personalized service, assist in fitting rooms, and process transactions at the cash desk while keeping the store welcoming and organized.

This role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays, a passion for fashion, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to create a welcoming experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability; able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
