Reitmans (Canada) Limited seeks a Temporary Fashion Associate at CF Toronto Eaton Centre. This part-time role is a new headcount for a duration of 3 months, designed to deliver an outstanding shopping experience and maintain a welcoming store environment.

You will assist customers, process transactions at the cash desk, and help keep the fitting rooms and sales floor organized while applying product knowledge and current promotions to support store performance.

As a Fashion Associate, you will deliver personalized service and support daily store operations to ensure a welcoming, customer-first environment. Requirements

• Experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to create a welcoming and engaging experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail.
• Passion for fashion: good sense of style and solid knowledge of fashion trends.
• Proficient in POS, ERP, ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexible availability; able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg), and use a step ladder reaching up to 3 m (10 feet).
