RW&CO in Winnipeg is seeking a Fashion Associate to deliver personalized service and maintain an inviting, organized sales floor. You will assist customers in fitting rooms, process transactions, and support daily store operations with a friendly, store-wide approach.

Ideal candidates bring retail or customer service experience, strong communication, multitasking skills, and a passion for fashion. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required; training provided.

As a Fashion Associate, you will deliver personalized service and support daily store operations to ensure a welcoming, customer-first environment. From assisting in the fitting room to processing transactions at the cash desk, you play a key role in making every interaction positive and memorable.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations to ensure smooth and consistent execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail.
• Passion for fashion: good sense of style and solid knowledge of fashion trends.
• Proficient in POS, ERP, ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexible availability; able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg), and use a step ladder reaching up to 3 m (10 feet).
