Giant Tiger is seeking a Temporary Cashier to deliver friendly customer service at the checkout and assist with daily point-of-sale tasks in Guelph, Ontario. The role covers cash handling, SCOs and mainline transactions with emphasis on accuracy and compliance.
You will work with a team, follow health and safety rules, and help maintain a clean checkout area while supporting loss prevention practices. This temporary position ends 2026-01-02 and pays an hourly rate around the posted figure.

A typical full-time schedule will consist of day shifts, two evenings per week, and alternating weekends with a schedule of 35-40 hours weekly. A typical part-time schedule will be a mix of days, evenings and weekends, up to 24 hours weekly.
