Job description
Temporary Administration Team Supervisor

Are you a natural leader with exceptional administrative skills and a gift for bringing out the best in others? We are seeking a Temporary Administration Team Supervisor to step into a key leadership role and ensure continuity during a medical leave. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact, provide guidance to a talented team, and keep our administrative operations running smoothly.

About The Role

The Administration Team Supervisor plays a pivotal role in our organization, overseeing the Administration team (The Q) and ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of strata corporation documentation. This position combines hands-on administrative expertise with leadership responsibilities—supervising, mentoring, and motivating the team to deliver excellence every day.

Working closely with Property Managers, Strata Operations Coordinators, and other leaders, you’ll provide support and oversight on everything from meeting minutes and record management to team training, client service quality, and departmental processes.

Above all, we’re looking for someone who can create meaningful connections, lead with positivity, influence with integrity, and inspire through example.

What We’re Looking For
  • A high-performing leader with proven experience supervising teams and inspiring results.
  • Exceptional administrative and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar, editing, and proofreading abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort with databases and office equipment.
  • Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and adapt quickly to changing needs.
  • A confident communicator who can resolve issues gracefully and build strong connections with colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, support, train, and mentor the Administration team to achieve high standards and meet deadlines.
  • Act as the go-to resource for policies, procedures, and administrative best practices.
  • Foster accountability and engagement through regular team meetings and one-on-one coaching.
  • Monitor service quality, address client concerns, and ensure company standards are upheld.
  • Collaborate with other supervisors and leaders on training, tools, cross-department needs, and organizational goals.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and represent the company with professionalism in all interactions.
Why Join Us?

This is a unique chance to step into a leadership position during a critical time. You’ll not only keep things running smoothly, but also have the opportunity to shape team culture, coach and develop staff, and leave a lasting positive mark on our operations.

This role is temporary to cover a medical leave, but the leadership experience and relationships you build here will be invaluable for your career growth.
