We are seeking a Temporary Administration Team Supervisor to step into a key leadership role and ensure continuity during a medical leave. The Administration Team Supervisor plays a pivotal role in our organization, overseeing the Administration team (The Q) and ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of strata corporation documentation. This position combines hands-on administrative expertise with leadership responsibilities—supervising, mentoring, and motivating the team to deliver excellence every day.
Working closely with Property Managers, Strata Operations Coordinators, and other leaders, you’ll provide support and oversight on everything from meeting minutes and record management to team training, client service quality, and departmental processes.
