Job summary

Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Limited is seeking part-time Merchandisers for Cold Lake & Bonnyville to maintain and replenish shelves, displays, and backrooms. The role supports in-store merchandising, stocking, and customer service, with a 20-hour weekly commitment.

The position runs October 2026 to January 2027, requiring shifts Monday, Tuesday, Thursday. The hourly rate is $21.00 with mileage reimbursement. Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle, insurance, and clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid Class 5 driver’s license.
• Must have a personal vehicle for use during working hours.
• Must have current vehicle liability insurance.
• Able to provide a clean driving record with no major violations over the last 3 years.
• Minimum 1 year experience in grocery, retail, warehousing or related field preferred.
• Experience working with manual or powered pallet jacks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and replenish products in store racks, shelves, displays, and coolers by transporting product between backroom/storage to front-of-store with manual equipment.
• Build, change or remove product displays while adhering to company standards; maintain product signage; clean space and secure damaged or defective product.
• Follow all Coke Canada Bottling and Store policies regarding backroom, display floor, replenishment, equipment, and safety.
• Manage backroom by organizing stock; monitor and report inventory levels; evaluate and process damaged product; re-pack product; organize backroom materials; complete required paperwork.
• Maintain an orderly and clean work area in compliance with Company safety and sanitation requirements.
• Maintain professional relationships with co-workers and customers.
