Job summary

Walmart Canada in Greenwood, NS is seeking a Cashier to provide exceptional customer service at the checkout and help protect company assets through accurate cash handling.

This role involves greeting customers, processing transactions, promoting sponsor programs, assisting with bagging, and maintaining a safe, clean register area while referring complex items to a supervisor as needed. Starting pay is $17.15 per hour.

• Maintains register security and integrity through diligent cash handling, adherence to relevant company policies and awareness of surroundings.
• Refers appropriate service and transactional items to a Customer Service Manager as required.
