Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in regulated packaging is an asset.
• Positive attitude and team orientation essential.
• Meticulous attention to detail in repetitive tasks.
• Ability to work in a time-sensitive, results-driven environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication with all levels of staff.
• Reliable transportation to work full-time hours (40 hours/week).
• Criminal record check clear of charges related to the position/company.
• Must be 19+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Package cannabis products (flower, pre-rolls, oils) in compliance with regulations and SOPs.
• Oversee quality control and maintenance of packaging equipment.
• Assist with inventory management and set stock levels.
• Record inventory data and ensure accurate labeling and tracking.
• Maintain cleanliness and sterility of the processing area.
• Support cultivation in hand-harvesting as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
