THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing, and the Modern Workplace Technologies team in our Cloud & Infrastructure department is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for supporting, administering, and continuously improving Aritzia's collaboration technology solutions. As the Solution Systems Analyst, Collaboration Technology, you will provide expert and administration while acting as key liaison to promote collaboration technologies across the organization. You will play a crucial role in optimizing tools that drive productivity and connection at Aritzia. THE ROLE

As the Solution Systems Analyst, Collaboration Technology, you will:

• Design, implement, secure and maintain modern technology infrastructure and services that enhance collaboration, productivity, and innovation across all Aritzia workplaces - including:
• aboration tools (M365 platform)
• Communication tools (Including Zoom and MS TEAMS)
• Meeting room tools (Zoom and Supporting Hardware)
• Build, test and deploy collaboration technology features that unlock technology and business value
• Act as a level two support for existing collaboration technologies, ensuring reliable and performant solutions

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Solution Systems Analyst, Collaboration Technology, has proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of experience in collaboration technologies, with at least 5 years of experience in end user support services
• Certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: SharePoint Administrator, or similar, are an asset
• Analytical mindset to assess the effectiveness of collaboration tools and make data-driven recommendations for improvements
• An ability to identify and address operational challenges and inefficiencies in the Collaboration Technology portfolio
• Knowledge of security and data governance in SaaS environments and drive successful adoption of collaboration technologies
• A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
• A focus on the needs and expectations of internal users and stakeholders
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with different teams and stakeholders

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $75,000-$125,000 per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
