Aritzia is seeking a Senior Solution Systems Analyst in Vancouver to turn business requirements into scalable People technology solutions. You will act as the bridge between Technology and Aritzia’s People & Culture division, shaping requirements, testing, deployment and ongoing service delivery of HRIS.
This role offers exposure to Workday, UKG, Paradox and Docebo, with opportunities to influence cross‑functional teams and drive continuous improvement in our People Technology landscape.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving People technology solutions. As the Senior Solution Systems Analyst, People Technology, you will turn business requirements into solutions, acting as the liaison between Technology and Aritzia’s People & Culture Division, while playing a crucial role in creating requirements documentation, testing, deployment, and ongoing service delivery of our human resource information systems. The typical hiring range for this position is $50,000 - 175,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job‑related knowledge, skills and experience.
