Aritzia is seeking a Senior Solution Systems Analyst in Vancouver to turn business requirements into scalable People technology solutions. You will act as the bridge between Technology and Aritzia’s People & Culture division, shaping requirements, testing, deployment and ongoing service delivery of HRIS.

This role offers exposure to Workday, UKG, Paradox and Docebo, with opportunities to influence cross‑functional teams and drive continuous improvement in our People Technology landscape.

THE mission of the People Technology Department is to design, build, deliver and operate robust, efficient and scalable People technology solutions that align with our strategic business goals.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing, and the People Technology team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving People technology solutions. As the Senior Solution Systems Analyst, People Technology, you will turn business requirements into solutions, acting as the liaison between Technology and Aritzia’s People & Culture Division, while playing a crucial role in creating requirements documentation, testing, deployment, and ongoing service delivery of our human resource information systems. THE ROLE

• Support with identifying and delivering innovative technology solutions that meet business needs for today and tomorrow.
• Translate business requirements into a scalable, user‑centric technology design.
• Ensure the solution design intent is realized and works seamlessly with existing systems and infrastructure.
• Implement structured testing to ensure functionality and to identify and address deficiencies.
• Contribute to the smooth and efficient deployment of People technology solutions.
• Provide excellent and reliable support for People Technology solutions which is inclusive of reactive response, detective monitoring, application of preventative controls, and predictive insights for corrective and continuous improvement.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven and best‑in‑class skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in: o Workday, Paradox and other Human Resource Information Systems like UKG, and Docebo o Industry specific human resource process and technology challenges or automation projects o Working with internal and external development teams
• A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $50,000 - 175,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job‑related knowledge, skills and experience.
