We are seeking a Technology Lead to drive core banking transformation programs, deliver end‑to‑end solutions, and mentor teams across geographies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical application development in core banking digital transformations.
• Experience with cloud platforms, containerization, microservices, and DevOps.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide technical consulting.
• Lead technical architecture design, development and deployment for enterprise Core Banking solutions on public and private clouds such as AWS, GCP, Azure or OpenShift.
• Support different testing phases—Quality, Assurance, Integration, and Regression—by debugging and resolving application issues across application layers
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (development, QA, product) across geographies to ensure timely and successful delivery of features.
• Enforce best practices in coding standards, security, and performance optimization.
• Work with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes) for scalable deployments.
• Mentor and guide team members and ensure high‑quality deliverables and technical excellence.
