Technology Delivery Lead (Hybrid - Toronto)
What You’ll Do
- Lead the planning and delivery of technology solutions across cross‑functional teams and stakeholders
- Oversee project governance, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients, identifying delivery risks and opportunities for innovation
- Facilitate agile delivery practices while driving continuous improvement across the team
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, managing expectations and reporting
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience leading complex technology programmes in financial services environments
- Deep understanding of project delivery methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and SAFe
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive teams toward successful outcomes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities
- Expertise in managing risks, dependencies, and change at an enterprise level
Bonus Points For
- Experience with cloud migrations or enterprise architecture transformations
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance drivers within financial services
- Hands-on familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
- Certification in Agile or Project Management methodologies (e.g. PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe)
