We are seeking a Technology Analyst Student for our North American Headquarters(Edmonton, AB),who is available for8 monthsstarting inJanuary 2026.

Responsibilities
  • As a Technology Analyst Student and depending on your assigned project, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our team by:
  • Assists in provisioning, monitoring, and maintaining mission-critical cloud infrastructure.
  • Remediate incident escalations from customers, vendors, and other Business Technology teams.
  • Assists in the development and maintaining of policies and governance in our cloud infrastructure.
  • Assists with Research and Development initiatives and participates in Proof-of-Concepts.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date system documentation.
  • Supports the team in providing business processes, application requirements definition and documentation for a given project.
  • Preforms other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
What you wil bring to the role
  • Currently enrolled in a management information system, information technology, computer science or operations management program.
  • Always on top of the latest technology trends.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to share knowledge and work in a strong team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong work ethic and emphasis on attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of PowerShell and scripting best practices is an asset.
  • Ability and willingness to learn programming or scripting languages, such as PowerShell or NET to accomplish the completion of one or more automation tasks.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 is an asset.
