Key responsibilities include:

  • Plan and control major technical projects for the St-Laurent Manufacturing Center.
  • Optimize project scheduling to accelerate completion and smooth execution.
  • Maintain project schedules and critical paths.
  • Work closely with project managers and finance teams as well as suppliers.
  • Work in a changing environment, adapt to new situations and changes.
  • Manage costs and deadlines so that projects are delivered to the complete satisfaction of your clients.
  • Perform various financial analysis, issue reports and propose recommendations.
  • Support project managers in the evaluation and implementation of new scenarios.
  • Support project managers in understanding costs and financial risks and opportunities.
  • Identify and mitigate risks proactively.
  • Maintain clear and effective communications at different hierarchical levels in the organization.
  • Solve various financial issues using a sustainable approach.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes.
How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:
  • You have a technical degree or university diploma.
  • You have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in project management or project control (PCO) in the manufacturing field.
  • You are recognized for your teamwork, customer/partner orientation, performance orientation, adaptability and communication.

  • You can work under pressure and meet your commitments.
