What are your contributions to the team?
  • Plan and control major technical projects for the St-Laurent Manufacturing Center.
  • Optimize project scheduling to accelerate completion and smooth execution.
  • Maintain project schedules and critical paths.
  • Work closely with project managers and finance teams as well as suppliers.
  • Work in a changing environment, adapt to new situations and changes.
  • Manage costs and deadlines so that projects are delivered to the complete satisfaction of your clients.
  • Perform various financial analysis, issue reports and propose recommendations.
  • Support project managers in the evaluation and implementation of new scenarios.
  • Support project managers in understanding costs and financial risks and opportunities.
  • Identify and mitigate risks proactively.
  • Maintain clear and effective communications at different hierarchical levels in the organization.
  • Solve various financial issues using a sustainable approach.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes.
How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience :
  • You have a technical degree or university diploma.
  • You have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in project management or project control (PCO) in the manufacturing field.
  • You are recognized for your teamwork, customer/partner orientation, performance orientation, adaptability and communication.
  • You adopt the best financial management practices.
  • You can work under pressure and meet your commitments.
  • You are bilingual (French fluency is a must) and demonstrate communication skills, both oral and written.
  • You can understand and analyze financial data related to projects.
  • You master the Microsoft Office suite, specifically the advanced functions of Microsoft Excel.
  • You have initiative, care for a job well done and customer satisfaction is your priority.
