En tant que technicien ne comptable, vous jouerez un rle essentiel dans la poursuite de notre croissance rapide et durable en prenant en charge des responsabilits cls telles que l'analyse financire, le contrle interne et la gestion comptable gnrale.

Ce poste est idal pour une personne possdant une solide expertise en comptabilit et un grand sens de l'organisation, prte avoir un impact direct sur la sant financire de l'entreprise.

Expected Outcomes :
Full-Cycle Accounting Management :
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and year-end journal entries.
  • Perform bank reconciliations with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely payments and collections (within 30 days) to maintain excellent business relationships.
  • Prepare and file GST / QST reports and other government remittances, strictly adhering to deadlines.
Internal Control and Compliance :
  • Ensure all documentation is prepared for internal audits and actively participate in external audits.
  • Oversee and process employee expense reports.
  • Contribute to implementing measures to prevent internal and external fraud.
Administrative and Financial Systems Management :
  • Prepare various documents, credit forms, and manage the renewal of insurance agreements.
  • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial data in our ERP system (Netsuite).
  • Organize and manage financial documentation on the shared Google Drive, ensuring its accessibility and security.
  • Propose improvements to optimize the use of our financial tools.
Requirements :
  • Diploma or degree in accounting (DEC, DEP, or equivalent).
  • Relevant experience in full-cycle accounting.
  • Autonomous, proactive, and highly organized.
  • Meticulous, with strong attention to detail and proven professionalism.
  • Experience with an ERP system; knowledge of Netsuite is a major asset.
  • Excellent ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
