This hybrid role blends shop-floor work (30–50%) with operational coordination and team leadership.

The candidate will participate in molding, casting, finishing, quality control, scheduling, inventory handling, and documentation while ensuring health, safety, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing; polyurethane, plastics, rubber, or casting processes is a strong asset.
• Hands-on with tools, molds, and production equipment.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities between production and administrative/coordination tasks.
• Basic understanding of quality control, measurement tools, and non-conformity handling.
• Comfortable using computers for basic data entry, inventory, and documentation.
• French required; English an asset for suppliers/clients.
• Leadership potential and interest in growing into higher-responsibility operations/production role.

Responsibilities

Compensation and benefits

• Starting wage: 28-34$/hour, full-time.
