Job Description:

This position focuses on managing and overseeing all media billing and payable activities tied to Dentsu’s principal buying program. We are seeking a candidate to join our team in either the Montreal or Toronto office.

Responsibilities:

1. Handling supplier invoices efficiently
2. Monitoring the closure of campaigns
3. Maintaining high levels of internal customer service through cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications:

• Extensive background in managing accounts payable and receivable processes
• Intermediate Excel skills for essential functions
• Proficiency in English; French required if based in Quebec
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills to manage competing priorities and deadlines
• Knowledge of MediaOcean and D365 is a strong asset

The salary range is CAD 50K to 60K, based on experience and skills. Benefits include medical, dental, RRSP, paid leave, and more.
