As an Office Systems Specialist, you maintain and repair Multi‑Functional Products and resolve customer scanning/printing issues while maintaining effective relationships with customers and the Sales Department.

Responsibilities
  • Maintenance et réparation des produits multifonctions et résolution des problèmes d’impression des clients.
  • Effectuer un service sur site des produits multifonctions.
  • Maintenir des relations efficaces avec les clients et les ventes.
  • Maintenir les pièces et la gestion des appels ainsi que des dossiers précis pour atteindre les objectifs KPI.
  • Responsabilité d'apprendre de nouvelles technologies.
  • 5 % - Références et promotion de produits auprès des clients existants
  • 95 % - dépannage et support client
  • Comprend le budget des pièces du territoire et le contrôle des stocks.
  • Doit suivre les politiques et procédures établies par KMBS.
  • Effectuer d'autres tâches pertinentes assignées par la direction.
What you’ll do here
  • Maintain and repair MFPs and resolve customer printing issues
  • Perform on‑site service of MFPs
  • Maintain effective relationships with customers and sales
  • Maintain parts and call management as well as accurate records to achieve KPI targets
  • Responsible to learn new technologies
  • 5% - Lead referrals and product promotion to existing customers
  • 95% - break‑fix and customer support
  • Understands territory parts budget and inventory control
  • Must follow the policies and procedures set forth by KMBS
  • Perform other relevant duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
  • 0‑2 years technical/repair of electronics or software equipment.
  • Knowledge of basic Microsoft OS printing and common network concepts.
  • Basic awareness of common solutions.
  • Low to mid end office systems certifications.
  • Basic colour theory.
  • Good verbal and written communication.
  • Operates independently, requires assistance from time to time.
  • Must be positive, outgoing, self‑motivated and committed to building and maintaining strong customer relations.
  • Travelling within Canada and the U.S. is a requirement.
  • Candidate must provide & maintain valid travel documents at own expense.
  • Own vehicle and possession of valid insurance with appropriate coverage and a valid driver’s license in good standing.
  • Standby and after‑hours work may be required.
  • Training may require after‑hours travel and stay overs including weekends.
  • Required to achieve Associate Level Certification.
  • Travel within assigned territory; some out‑of‑territory work.
  • High School or equivalent.
  • CompTIA A+ Certification, CompTIA Net+, CompTIA CDIA+ Certification, Microsoft MCP or MCITP Certification (or equivalent experience).
