Desjardins in Lévis, Canada, is seeking a Trainer and Coach in the Skills Development Strategies Department within the Individual Insurance Division and New Business and Underwriting Administrative Department. You’ll provide individual or group coaching, help learners apply learning to daily work, and support knowledge transfer across teams.
