We seek an ambitious Lube Technician to perform routine preventive maintenance, inspect and repair vehicles powered by electricity, gasoline or alternative fuels, and to handle basic services like tire rotations and oil

Qualifications

• Automotive repair/oil change experience an asset.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on automotive vehicles.
• Inspect, maintain and repair vehicles that run on electricity, gasoline, or alternative fuels like ethanol.
• Estimate time of service and repair needed; diagnose and complete the required work right the first time.
• Execute basic car maintenance such as tire rotations and oil changes.
• Plan and execute vehicle repairs.
• Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays (8:00 AM–3:00 PM) and a day off in lieu.

Technician, Lube & Maintenance

Reporting Relationship:

This position reports directly to the Service Manager.

Job Summary

This position requires an ambitious Lube Technician to perform routine preventative maintenance on automotive vehicles. The successful candidate will possess the willingness and ability to maintain current product and technical knowledge, the ability to estimate time of service and repair needed, and to diagnose and complete the required work right the first time. Using industry-leading technology, the Lube Tech will inspect, maintain and repair automobiles that run on electricity, gasoline, or alternative fuels like ethanol. Will also execute basic car maintenance like tire rotations and oil changes, diagnosing complex problems, and planning and executing vehicle repairs.

Shift Details

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays (8:00 AM-3:00 PM) and a day off in lieu provided.
