SKYTRAC is seeking a temporary Technical Writer to take a lead role on a project, ensuring SKYTRAC customers and the Customer Integration team have clear, accurate, and accessible documentation that supports effective product use and troubleshooting.
This position focuses on designing, reviewing, validating, and transitioning both internal and external content—such as user guides and customer-facing materials—to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with SKYTRAC’s products, branding, and terminology.
The project is expected to be approximately 3-4 months in duration. While we ideally seek someone who can be available in a hybrid capacity from our Ottawa, ON or Kelowna, BC offices, we are open to qualified candidates located anywhere in Canada.
