Caseware is a Toronto-based fintech company seeking a Technical Talent Acquisition Partner to hire for engineering, product management, data and AI-focused teams. You will partner with hiring managers, use AI-driven tools, and coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding to ensure successful hires from our King Street East office.

AsCasewarecontinues to accelerate growth across Engineering, Product Management, Data, and AI-focused teams, this role will play a critical part in building the talent pipelines and hiring capabilities required to support our long-term business strategy.You'll partner with hiring managers tohelpdrive hiring velocitybyrunningthe entire recruitment process for talent from gathering the requirements for the new positions, sourcing talent, screening applicants, scheduling and coordinating interviews, presenting offers, and working closely with our People Operations and Technology teams to set your new hires up for successful and engaging onboarding.

The annual base salary for this position is between $70,000 CAD and $90,000 CAD per year.
This role is also eligible for discretionary bonus and/or commission, as well as other benefits. Actual pay within the listed range will be determined based on factors such as transferable skills, relevant experience, market conditions, and primary work location. The posted range is subject to change and may be updated periodically.
