Job summary

Caseware is a Toronto-based fintech company seeking a Technical Talent Acquisition Partner to hire for engineering, product management, data and AI-focused teams. You will help build talent pipelines and provide an exceptional candidate experience as you drive end-to-end recruitment in a fast-growth, global SaaS environment.

You will partner with hiring managers, use AI-driven tools, and coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding to ensure successful hires from our King Street East office.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, sales or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or HR in global and/or SaaS product companies.
  • Knowledge of hiring regulations and compliance is a must.
  • Proven success in high-growth environments with hiring velocity and stakeholder management.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and interviewing many candidates daily.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven recruiting workflows and recruitment tools.

Responsibilities

  • Drive hiring velocity across multiple technical functions by proactively managing pipelines.
  • Collaborate with divisional leaders, hiring managers and HR partners to identify needs and leverage networks.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: job descriptions, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers.
  • Source candidates via job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to boost branding.
  • Maintain candidate databases and ATS to support data-driven decisions.
  • Leverage AI-powered recruiting technologies to enhance sourcing and scheduling while ensuring a strong candidate experience.

AsCasewarecontinues to accelerate growth across Engineering, Product Management, Data, and AI-focused teams, this role will play a critical part in building the talent pipelines and hiring capabilities required to support our long-term business strategy.You'll partner with hiring managers tohelpdrive hiring velocitybyrunningthe entire recruitment process for talent from gathering the requirements for the new positions, sourcing talent, screening applicants, scheduling and coordinating interviews, presenting offers, and working closely with our People Operations and Technology teams to set your new hires up for successful and engaging onboarding.

What you will be doing:
  • Drive hiring velocity across multiple technical functions by proactively managing pipelines, reducing time-to-fill, and identifying opportunities to improve recruiting efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Proactively collaborate with divisional leaders, hiring managers and HR Business Partners to identify our hiring needs, role requirements and leverage their networks for top talent
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including creating compelling job descriptions, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers through the candidate’s first day
  • Source candidates using various channels (obvious and not-so obvious!) such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals and contribute to positive branding efforts
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure we maintain data-centric decisions
  • Leverage AI-powered recruiting technologies and automation tools to enhance sourcing, candidate engagement, talent mapping, market research, scheduling, and operational efficiency while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
What you will bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources,businessadministration,salesor a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or human resourcesin a global and/or SaaS product company or agency supporting profile of organizations(teamof “one”applicantare welcome!)
  • Knowledge with hiring regulations and compliance isa must!
  • Proven success operating in high-growth environments where hiring velocity, stakeholder management, and competing priorities are critical to business success.
  • Experience with managing multiple projects at any given time (typically navigating5-15 roles at a time),speaking/interviewing numerous candidates per day (4-8 typically) with an ability to prioritize
  • Gifted storyteller and able to translate complex ideas/products in a meaningfuland compelling way
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
  • Building network and information sources to keep up to date with industry trends, best practices, and has an ability to communicate challenges to market in a clear and timely manner
  • A team player who loves collaborating, learning and brings a positive, solutions-oriented attitude
Nice to Have:
  • Experience recruiting for AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or other emerging technology roles within a SaaS or technology organization.
  • Experience implementing or optimizing AI-driven recruiting workflows, sourcing strategies, talent intelligence platforms, or automation tools.
Salary Range:

The annual base salary for this position is between $70,000 CAD and $90,000 CAD per year.

This role is also eligible for discretionary bonus and/or commission, as well as other benefits. Actual pay within the listed range will be determined based on factors such as transferable skills, relevant experience, market conditions, and primary work location. The posted range is subject to change and may be updated periodically.
