We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support with experience in web and mobile applications. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, maintaining support tickets, and collaborating with QA and developers to identify root causes and ensure timely resolution. This role requires solid knowledge of relational databases and SQL, strong problem‑solving and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while working both independently and in a collaborative environment. This role can be performed remotely and requires a morning shift, from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM Eastern Time.
