Salary: $65,000 to $110,000 annually (to be negotiated) — 40 hours per week, permanent full-time employment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Security, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in IT service delivery, including troubleshooting, network support, and application redesign.

Technical knowledge: ITIL, Networking software/hardware/security, TCP/IP, Wireless networks, Desktop applications, Software development.

Security clearance: Criminal record check required.

Responsibilities
  • Give access to computer networks.
  • Report on the performance of computer systems and networks.
  • Respond to users experiencing difficulties with computer.
  • Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties.
  • Participate in the redesign of applications and other software.
  • Provide business systems, network and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties.
  • Set up equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software.
  • Manage incidents.
  • Evaluate and install computer hardware, networking software and operating system software.
