What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Master financial modules of the software to provide expert guidance and creative solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to accounting integrations with platforms like QuickBooks and Sage Intacct

  • Prevent and de-escalate customer issues by efficiently resolving complex financial workflow cases
