What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Oversee the delivery of technical services within the assigned specialty, ensuring high productivity and service quality
  • Supervise field service personnel responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of systems
  • Provide hands-on coaching and technical support to Field Service Technicians
  • Facilitate training on technical procedures and promote service excellence
  • Collaborate with the Regional Service Manager to achieve key performance targets, including warranty cost control and paperwork accuracy
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Associate\'s or technical degree preferred in engineering or a related field plus 4 years of field service experience, or related technical experience
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • 2 years as a System Specialist or equivalent experience in coaching and mentoring
  • Proficient in standard tools including electronic evaluation equipment and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to multi-task
