We are looking for a strategic Talent Sourcer to help us grow our world-class team in the US and Canada. Your primary focus will be on Technical roles with an emphasis on niche pipelines (data science, data analytics, product management, and design/UXR). You should bring a level of critical thinking, grit and polish while embodying our fun, collaborative culture. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will be critical to creating a seamless sourcing partnership with recruiters and hiring leaders to help Lyft scale.

Lyft highly values having employees working in-office to foster a collaborative work environment and company culture. This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule — Team Members will be expected to work in the office at least 3 days per week, including on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. The expected base pay range for this position in the Toronto area is CAD $71,200 - CAD $89,000. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
