Qualifications

• Demonstrated sales and presentation experience.
• Previous experience with Cloud SaaS ecosystem technologies in hospitality.
• Be naturally tech savvy and comfortable with new technologies.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the Retail industry, work experience in Retail is highly appreciated.
• Fluency in English as a working language is required.
• Excellent communication skills including experience speaking to technical and business audiences.
• Be a great team player and create strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of API is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively scope technical solutions to address customer requirements.
• Work with Strategic Account Managers to prevent churn and ensure satisfaction.
• Install hardware and set up systems for trade shows.
• Maintain knowledge of competitors’ products and strategies.
• Serve as the top expert on hardware, software, and integrations.
• Conduct Tier 1 Partnership demos.
• Be the technical point of contact for RFPs and RFIs.
• Ensure functionality of demo stations.
