We are proud to be the steward of Canadian CANDU nuclear technology.## **Your role*** Responsible for assigned scope of the project and accountable for performing duties that facilitate work progressing with safety, quality, schedule, cost, and contractual requirements.* Liaise with key stakeholders as required generally including engineering, HSE, RP, HP, quality, and subcontractors.* Maintain a positive relationship with project counterparts.* Responsible for helping implement the project schedule activities.* Coordinates the preparation and delivery of project deliverables.* Fulfills requirements of ‘Site Lead’ or ‘Shift Lead’.* May be required to assist with resourcing/staffing, training, onboarding and daily management of a multidisciplined team of personnel to perform short-term scopes of work.* Ensure work is performed within quality program requirements.* Ensure a strong nuclear safety culture is reinforced continuously.## **About you*** Diploma in Engineering Technology or Construction Technology or equivalent is an asset; otherwise experience as a senior tradesman, including roles as foreman, general foreman and/or superintendent may be considered an asset.* Qualifications with lifting, rigging and material handling is an asset.* 10+ years’ experience supporting various type of projects including construction, manufacturing or engineering services projects.* 5 - 8 years’ experience leading individuals and teams is an asset. Can build a team and can inspire them to perform and work together towards a common goal.* Must have experience working in a nuclear environment.
