A leading water treatment solutions provider is seeking a Technical Services Representative in Calgary, Alberta. The role involves conducting filtration inspections, data collection, and technical support for clients. Candidates should possess relevant qualifications, ideally with experience in water treatment plants. Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and bilingualism in English and French are preferred. This is an on-premises position with core office hours from Monday to Friday, and travel across Canada may be necessary.
At Anthratech Western Inc. (AWI) we provide water treatment solutions for industrial and municipal water and wastewater treatment plants in Canada, the United States and select international markets. AWI is privately owned, with our head office and research and development facility located in Calgary, Alberta.
The Technical Services Representative is responsible for conducting filter inspections and pilot filtration studies at water treatment facilities in Canada. This role involves data collection, on‑site testing, report writing and providing technical support to clients via phone and email. The representative will work closely with the Technical Services Team to offer support in areas such as filter media quality control, Phoenix filter optimization components, troubleshooting and filter commissioning.

Compensation will take into account the background, range of skills, knowledge, education and experience the successful candidate brings to the position. Following a probationary period, this position is eligible for AWI's comprehensive employee health insurance program and health care spending account. After one year of service, AWI employees may be eligible for the AWI RRSP matching contribution plan.
