What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Perform emergency repairs, preventative maintenance, installations, and product updates at customer sites
  • Establish and maintain communication with Technical Support Center personnel for daily support
  • Provide comprehensive support for sales efforts, including repair and maintenance of demonstration equipment
  • Prepare detailed documentation of service calls and complete necessary reports in accordance with company policies
  • Train customers on the proper operation of instrumentation as required
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in a technical field required
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a related role
  • Willingness to work unscheduled overtime and travel as needed
  • Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work independently and represent the company professionally

  • Experience with computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and remote troubleshooting
