A leading steel service center in Ontario seeks a Technical Service Coordinator. This role requires over 10 years of experience in the flat-rolled steel industry and a degree in Metallurgy or Material Sciences. The successful candidate will manage customer specifications, audit processes, and develop best practices while ensuring excellent communication with stakeholders. We have a requirement in our Customer Service department for a Technical Service Coordinator with a degree in Metallurgy and/or Material Sciences (BEng. Or BSc.). Working in a team environment, the successful candidate will have exceptional written and verbal skills, including the ability to write technical reports to communicate professionally with our customers. Preference will be given to candidates with the APEO designation.
