Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of software projects (initiation, planning, execution, release).
  • Define scope, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria with engineering & product teams.
  • Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure on-time and quality delivery.
  • Facilitate SecOps meetings to address incidents, risks, compliance tasks, and remediation tracking.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Development, QA, Data, Product management.)
  • Partner with security, IT, and engineering teams to integrate security initiatives into project roadmaps.
  • Translate technical concepts (cloud, APIs, CI / CD, architecture) into actionable project plans.
  • Provide regular project updates and reports for technical teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Anticipate delivery bottlenecks and proactively escalate issues.
  • Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and collaboration across teams.
Knowledge & Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 4+ years of project / program management experience in software development, infrastructure, or security.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycles (SDLC), Agile / Scrum, and DevOps practices.
  • Working knowledge of security operations, compliance, and risk frameworks is preferred.
  • Certifications such as PMP, CSM, or SAFe are a plus but not mandatory.
