Our technologies integrate medical devices, software, and artificial intelligence into platforms that address real clinical and operational challenges across the continuum of surgical care.

We combine continuous physiological monitoring from our proprietary sensors with comprehensive electronic health record data, creating intelligent systems that enable earlier identification of clinical deterioration and complications. Beyond patient monitoring, our platform extends to patient education and engagement tools, as well as automated documentation and coding modules — supporting care teams and driving operational efficiency.

Our team brings together expertise across clinical practice, research, engineering, data science, manufacturing, and commercialization. We build solutions designed for real-world impact, supported by full in-house capabilities, a strong intellectual property portfolio, and partnerships with leading institutions around the world.

We are an equal opportunity employer and have a diverse team representation across language, ethnicity, gender and nationality.

  • Mission to save lives and improve patient care with technology that’s already deployed on patients in real-world settings.
  • Work with a high-performing and cross-functional team that is empowered to grow, learn, and contribute across all levels of the organization.
  • Gain exposure across the entire technical stack, from novel sensing technologies and proprietary hardware to mobile/web software and ML algorithms.
  • Personal career-focused development and training with access to workshops, coursework, and experienced mentors/consultants.
  • Regular offsite activities – past events include rafting, axe-throwing, sports leagues, and the usual BBQ .

Note: This role is based out of our Kitchener HQ in the Medical Innovation Xchange, with regular travel within North America.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the client on all commercial and technology matters, lead external cross-party calls, and hold day-to-day relationships with the client
  • Own the program’s technology strategy, roadmap, and the requirements for new site implementation.
  • Own the program delivery across planning, implementation, and operations phases for new site implementation.
  • Evaluate emerging healthcare technology and make adoption and partnership recommendations for the program.
  • Own the analytics models and forecasting behind volumes, cost, length of stay, procedure times, and geographic patterns, and build visual simulation tools the client can explore and test.
  • Assemble and direct the specialist teams delivering integration, design, commissioning, and end-to-end testing, and be accountable for technology readiness at go-live.
  • Own documentation, reporting, and proposals across business engagements, including recommendations on scope, phasing, and next steps
  • Drive business development for FluidAI across new and existing accounts, including opportunity qualification, customer and partner discovery, market research, and pricing
  • Represent FluidAI with customers, partners, and at industry events, and bring market and clinical feedback back to FluidAI’s product and commercial teams
  • Lead proposal development for new engagements, working with FluidAI’s internal teams through contract close.

These are some of the skills we are looking for in an ideal candidate.
