Job summary

Bell is seeking a Technical Product Manager II to lead AI initiatives within Technology Services. You will drive AI-powered solutions, identify opportunities, and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality products on schedule.

In this role, you will own roadmaps, present progress to executives, and work with data scientists and developers in an Agile environment, shaping a long-term product vision. Hybrid Canada-based position.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years as a product manager in AI/tech with a track record.
  • Ability to translate complex tech concepts for executives.
  • Proactive in leveraging AI to meet business needs and evolve product strategies.
  • Structured thinker able to clarify business needs and priorities.
  • Experience collaborating in Agile environments with data scientists and engineers.

Summary

As a Technical Product Manager II of an AI team within Technology Services, you are a key driver of AI‑powered solutions that respond to the company’s challenges in multiple business units, from anti‑fraud initiatives to retail operations. Working closely with operational stakeholders, you will identify, prioritize, and size opportunities, select the appropriate technical approach (such traditional machine learning, agentic AI, business rules, or a combination thereof), engage the relevant teams, define timelines, and ensure products are launched on time, at a high quality, and with appropriate governance. You will forge strong working relationships with stakeholders and supporting delivery teams alike, showcase products at a regular cadence to executives, and you will plan and execute on the long‑term vision for your products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product ownership: be capable of planning and launching new AI products, and expanding product reach thereafter. Be also capable of determining when products should be sunset. Build roadmaps
  • Communication and relationship management: maintain strong communication with stakeholders and supporting delivery teams, ensuring you are informed of evolving market conditions and new business needs. Ensure stakeholders are up to date on the progress of model or app development and delivery teams are engaged to support on‑time delivery. Evaluate and implement stakeholder feedback in pilots and post-product launch as appropriate
Critical Qualifications
  • 2 or more years of work experience as a product manager in AI, technology, or other relevant fields, with a track record of product solutioning and delivery
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences, including to executive leadership
  • Proactivity in understanding the evolving business climate, new challenges and opportunities to leverage AI within Bell, and communicating with stakeholders and supporting delivery teams on project/product evolution
  • Organized and able to disambiguate business needs
  • Experience working in Agile environments with data scientists, software developers, or adjacent professionals
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with A/B testing, data analysis, and dashboarding
  • Experience working with machine learning/AI or Large‑Language Models in a product or developer capacity
  • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
