We’re looking for a Technical Pre-Sales Consultant to collaborate with our Sales and Solution Advisory team in showcasing the value of our solutions to prospective clients. This person will act as a bridge between our product’s technical capabilities and our customers’ business needs- helping healthcare organizations understandhowour technology can solve their challenges.

While this position does not involve hands-on coding or system implementation, it requires a deep understanding of our software stack to articulate solution architectures, address technical and security inquiries, and demonstrate how RLDatix technologies solve real-world challengesin healthcare safety and quality.

What You’ll Do
  • Partner closely with sales leaders to support pre-sales discussions and customer meetings.
  • Understand and communicate how RLDatix’s solutions work- from both a business and technical perspective- to help clients see their value.
  • Translate customer needs into tailored product demonstrations and presentations that highlight the most relevant features and benefits.
  • Respond to technical questions or requirements from client IT and security teams with clear, confident explanations.
  • Contribute to RFPs, proposals, and documentation that help articulate our technical approach and solution fit.
  • Collaborate across teams- including Product, Implementation, and Marketing- to ensure our messaging and demos reflect the latest capabilities and customer feedback.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in a Sales Engineer, Solution Consultant, Technical Support, or Technical Trainer role, ideally within healthcare or software/SaaS.
  • Strong conceptual understanding of cloud-based software, API integrations, data privacy, and cybersecurity frameworks(e.g., HIPAA, SOC 2, ISO 27001)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills- able to explain complex topics simply and confidently to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A collaborative mindset and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
