ATB is seeking a Technical Operations Analyst in Calgary to support our SAP environment and enterprise IT operations. You will monitor, administer and troubleshoot a complex SAP/BASIS ecosystem, coordinate batch processing, and assist with file transfers in a high‑availability setup.
The role requires 3–4 years in IT operations, SAP/BASIS experience, and strong knowledge of Windows/Linux/AIX, DB2/SQL, and monitoring tools. A hybrid work model and a collaborative team culture are offered.
At ATB, we exist to make it possible for our clients, team members and communities. Our purpose is more than aspirational. It's a real commitment we live every day through our values (what we call the ATB ID).
Life at ATB is about more than work. In fact, we’re consistently recognized as one of Canada's top employers thanks to our high-care, high-performance culture, upheld by the three commitments we make to our team members:
Impact in action: No matter where you are in the organization, you're empowered to make an impact in the lives of our clients and communities.
Thrive together: We want you—the unique, authentic you—to feel safe and celebrated at work. We're on a continuous journey to build the most flexible and inclusive programs.
Ready for tomorrow: We want to enable your success through interesting and challenging work, performance enablement, and learning and development.
This position requires flexibility to perform shift work, after hours, evenings, overnight, and weekends to support in a 365/24/7 environment, on a rotational basis.
This position has a hybrid work arrangement. Please note that this is subject to change due to business priorities.
As ATB’s next Technical Operations Analyst (TOC), you will utilize your education, experience, and information technology skills to support our Client Technology Enablement Operations team. This is a critical role that ensures the stability and efficiency of ATB’s digital heartbeat.
You will coordinate technical environment support and monitor the ATB environment with precision. Beyond monitoring, you will play a hands‑on role in supporting batch processing, SAP Transport management, file transfers, and job scheduling. If you are passionate about setup, configuration, and resolving complex monitoring issues within a high‑stakes Run My Jobs & SAP environment, you’ll find a rewarding home here.
