Job summary

ADGA seeks a Technical Lead, Aerospace Development to oversee design, development, evaluation, and sustainment of Uncrewed Aircraft Systems and related aerospace products. You will provide SME-level engineering support for Counter-UAS.

Responsibilities include planning product improvements, preparing reports and plans, and guiding maintenance programs. Requires 6+ years in aerospace and security-clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in aerospace, software, computer, systems or electrical engineering or related field.
• Experience leading aerospace development programs and teams.
• Strong understanding of aerospace systems, maintenance and airworthiness concepts.

Responsibilities

• Plan and drive product improvements for existing and new aerospace systems.
• Produce technical reports, modification plans and project documentation.
• Develop and execute maintenance programs and inspections.
• Provide engineering guidance to senior staff and units.
• Participate in technical working groups and transfer of knowledge.
