We are seeking a Technical Lead you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the Service Desk operations ensuring seamless support and user access management. You will be responsible for driving efficiency and enhancing user satisfaction. Your expertise will contribute significantly to the company’s mission of delivering exceptional IT services.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the Service Desk team to ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
  • Oversee user access management processes to maintain security and compliance.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline IT support and improve service delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze service desk performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement best practices and innovative solutions to optimize service desk operations.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in all service desk activities.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for service desk processes and user access management.
  • Facilitate training sessions for team members to keep them updated on the latest technologies.
  • Coordinate with vendors and external partners to ensure seamless integration of services.
  • Manage escalations and complex technical issues to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance user satisfaction and improve service desk efficiency.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making to align service desk goals with company objectives.

Compensation: Total compensation between $60,000-$74,500 is being offered for the role.
