Position Summary

This role is ideal for a dynamic individual passionate about driving customer success through technology projects while fostering a collaborative and customer-centric culture. As a key member of our Project Delivery team, the Project Manager will orchestrate project delivery for our core clients, coordinating closely withourtechnical teamsto ensure seamless execution across all project phases. The incumbent mustdemonstratea high levelof organization, attention to detail, exceptional communicationskillsand an understanding of Microsoftcloud technologies.

Reporting to theManager,Client Experience, this positionoperates40 hours per week, with business hours from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. The role demands the ability to balance multiple project priorities and deadlines, with potential requirements for after-hours work and/or travel based on project needs.

This position is critical to the success ofour clients, with the Project Manager playing an integral role inteamleadership.

  • Build partnerships with client stakeholders and leaders,fosteringclosecommunicationandestablishingtight working relationships with leadership in key accounts.

  • Strategize, implement, andmaintainproject outcomestoachieve clientobjectives.

  • Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance.

  • Identifyany barriers to successfulprojectexecution or issues that arise thatimpacttheproject delivery orcustomerexperience andescalate asappropriate.

  • Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports forleadership, clients, and stakeholders.

  • Track project progress against project milestones, holdresource teamsaccountable for assigned tasks, and communicate status updates regularly to clients.

  • Advocate fora collaborativeand customer-centric project culture.

  • Ensure projectdependencies are considered and scheduled.

  • Work proactively to remove any project roadblocks for the resource teams.

  • Update project management software(s)to ensureaccuratereporting. Ensure updates are completed within therequiredtimeframefor executive reporting and invoicing.

  • Ensure theminimumrequirements of project communication are upheld, for exampleinternal and external project meetings,status reports.

  • Trackand follow-uponaction itemstoimprove the customer experience and minimize number ofinternal status meetings and/orescalations.

  • Provide weekly updates to theManager, Client Experienceon the status ofprojects,identifyingany resource constraints or risks.

  • Provide escalation path for technical resources and other Project Managers,assistingwhererequiredto ensure a positive customer experience during projects delivered to clients.

  • Work collaboratively withtheAccount Executive team to understand andparticipatein ongoing client relationships and toassistin all aspects of the sales cycle from opportunity identification through to post-sales customer experience.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes and tools.

Qualifications/Expertise
  • Strong understandingof Microsoft M365services, Azure cloud technology, and network architecture.

  • 5+ years’experience as a Project Manager on technology projects.

  • Excellentunderstanding of project management techniques and methods.

  • Excellentleadership, time management, facilitation,preparednessand organizational skills.

  • Excellentinfluencing and negotiating skills.

  • Strong understandingoftechnology projects and theminimumrequirementstosuccess.

  • Strongcoaching, conflict management, and decision-making skills.

Certifications (achieved, willing to work toward, or equivalent experience)
  • CompTIA Project+,PMP(or equivalent).

  • Continuing education isa must.

Requirements
  • Must be legallypermittedto work in Canada.

  • Hold avalidDriver’sLicense and vehicle.

  • Proficient English (written/verbal) communication in a business setting.

  • Be ableto travel occasionally for business purposes.
